what is the additional course prefered after completing electrical and electronic engineering for getting into research and development

if you want job in research and development then you have to go for M.Tech . Short term Courses will no help you to get job in R&D.

have u completed EEE??? if yes then from which college???? i need information b'coz i am going to do B.Tech. with this stream.....Is it a good branch?? Do students of this branch of your college got good placements compared to CSE, ME, IT, CE, EC etc. .............. plz do reply.....
