toefl ielts is a competition exam.it tests ur English knowledge.for studying abroad u must give toefl ielts or her.hope dis helps u.

ToEFL and IELTS. is an exam to prove English language proficiency when you are going from non English speaking country to an English speaking country. ToEFL is an online exam. IELTS is you have write it in pencil. Both has four modules as Speaking Listening Writing and Reading papers.
