The admission criteria for B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering at KIT- KalaignarKarunanidhi Institute of Technology is based on the cut off marks obtained in the higher secondary (10+2) examination. The cut off mark is 200 (100 for Mathematics and 100 for Physics + Chemistry). A pass in the HSC (Academic) or its equivalent with a minimum average percentage in the related subjects put together is also required. The minimum average percentage is 45% for OC and 40% for all other reserved categories (BC/MBC/SC/ST).
