For reserved category students, the admission criteria for B.Sc. in Data Science at Mumbai University includes a candidate having passed XII standard examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent in Arts/Science/Commerce/MCVC with Mathematics and/or Statistics as one of the subjects. Alternatively, a candidate who has completed a Diploma in IT/CS/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil/Electronics and Telecommunication/Instrumentation and/or allied branches from MSBTE or equivalent board is also eligible.
