For reserved category students, the admission criteria for B.Sc. in Information Technology at Mumbai University is as follows:
- Eligibility: At least 45% aggregate at the XII Std. Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
- Admission: Admissions to B.Sc. (I.T.) will be based on the Entrance Examination (MCQ based) which has 60 % weightage & Class XII aggregate marks which has 40 % weightage.
- Reservation: As per government norms, there are reservations for SC, ST, OBC, and other categories.
