Only 50% of the seats in private nursing colleges, including Sikar Nursing College, will be filled through counseling. 3. The remaining 50% seats will be filled by the management. 4. Candidates must download the Option Form, Undertaking Form, Seat Matrix, and Guidelines from the RUHS website. 5. The allotment of nursing college will be carried out through computer software, following the order of merit, seats available, and the order of options filled in by the candidate. 6. Admissions on vacant seats will be made by second online counseling. 7. In case of a tie, the following steps will be taken to resolve:* One who has passed the 10+2 examination in less number of attempts will be given preference.* If there is a further tie, the relative merit will be decided by the age of the candidates, with the older candidate placed on higher merit.* If there is further tie, a candidate securing more marks in the Secondary examination will be given preference.* If there is further tie, a candidate securing more marks in the Senior Secondary examination (10+2) or equivalent will be given preference.</p>
