    For reserved category students, 15% of seats are reserved for SC and 7.5% are reserved for ST candidates in B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering at NIT Silchar. Admissions are made on the basis of seats allocated by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) from the list of candidates selected by all India JEE (Main).
