<p>For reserved category students, the admission criteria for B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering at Lucknow University is as follows:</p> <ul> <li>The candidate should have passed (10+2) examination and obtained at least 40% marks in case of SC/ST category in the subjects taken together from U.P. Board, C.B.S.E., or any recognised institution/body.</li> <li>The candidate must have qualified an entrance examination (such as JEE-2023) conducted by a recognised institution/body.</li> <li>Seats will be allotted following the reservation policy and subcategory of the candidate.</li> <li>The priority order of Choice of Branch filled by the candidates.</li> <li>Availability of seats under different seat categories/seat quotas for which the candidate is eligible. </li> </ul> <p>Admissions for B.Tech. (All Branches) in the first year will be done through the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) -2025 conducted by Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. For admission in B.Tech. at the University of Lucknow through UPTAC-2025, only JEE score (Mains) will be considered.</p>
