    Admission criteria for B.Tech. in IOT and Automation at NIIT University:10+2 with minimum 50% marks in 5 subjects (English, Maths, Science and 2 other subjects)OR10+2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) with minimum 50% marks in aggregateORDiploma in Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate JEE Mains score is also accepted.
