What is the admission criteria for Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) at International Centre For Distance Education And Open Learning?

<p>The admission criteria for Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) at International Centre For Distance Education And Open Learning are as follows:</p> <ol> <li><p>The candidate should fall under any of the following two criteria: (i) Trained in-service teacher in elementary education. (ii) Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognised teacher education programme through face-to face mode.</p></li> <li><p>In addition to any one of the above eligibility conditions, the candidate must have at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree (Medical/Non-Medical/Commerce/Arts) and/or in the Master’s Degree in the Science/Social Science/Humanities/Commerce, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto.</p></li> <li><p>The admissions to the B.Ed. Programme through CDOE will be made solely on the basis of academic merit in qualifying examination in concerned stream of study of the eligible candidate.</p></li> </ol>
