For reserved category students, the admission criteria for Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) at MSU Baroda includes a concession of five percent marks in the minimum marks required for admission. The eligibility criteria also includes having at least 50% marks in Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in relevant fields, being a graduate from MSU Baroda or any other recognized university, and having taken the Bachelor's Degree in the 10+2+3 or 11+4 pattern. Additionally, there are reservations and relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other applicable categories as per the Government of Gujarat rules.
