- The candidate should be an Indian National.
- Should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with Mathematics or Biology.
- Must have secured at least 40% marks in the above subjects taken together for backward class categories, economically weaker sections, and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State.
- Should have appeared and obtained a non-zero score in MHT-CET 2025.
