1. Candidates must have successfully completed their 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology as core subjects.
2. A minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination is typically required.
3. Candidates who have passed a minimum three-year or two-year Diploma in Pharmacy with at least 45% marks (or 40% marks for candidates belonging to the SC/ST category) from an institution recognised by the Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an equivalent authority, are also eligible.
