<p>To be eligible to enrol for a CPL program in India, there are certain criteria that must be met. A candidate must be at least 18 years of age on the date of application, this minimum requirement indicates that the applicant possesses a certain level of maturity.A candidate must have a higher secondary or equivalent 10+2 pass certificate with a minimum 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics and English from a recognized Examination Board.Adequate competency in written and spoken English are mandatory - since all aviation related instructions and communication are done only in English.As per Rule 39B of the DGCA - a candidate must obtain a medical fitness certificate from a DGCA approved medical examiner.</p>
