Diploma engineers are eligible to get admission in 2nd year through the lateral entry admission. Further Delhi Institute of Professional Studies (DIPS) is a leading educational consultant and career counseling center in India, So DIPS, is not an Engineering college. So, you can not do B.Tech here.
