    The admission criteria for M.Sc. in Biotechnology at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai is based on the merit list derived using the following weightage:
    - Score obtained in the entrance examination: 70% weightage
    - Qualifying BSc examination percentage: 30% weightage
    Eligibility criteria: BSc in Biological sciences with Chemistry up to SYBSc level or BSc in Chemistry with Biology courses up to SYBSc level.
