    For reserved category students, the admission criteria for M.Sc. in Physics at IIT Delhi is a Bachelor of Science (3 years or more) in a relevant discipline with at least 50% marks for SC/ST/PwD and 55% for OBC-NCL. In addition, the candidate should have studied Physics (for at least 3 years) and Math (for at least 1 year) in their Bachelor's degree.
