Lovepreet, admission procedure for which course?
If you want to take admission in Engg. you give JEE/ state level test etc for admission to different colleges like IIT, NIT, IITT, various govt.and private colleges etc. Other than this there are various private universities that offer admission on the basis of your marks in 12th class also.
If you want to take admission in some other course than also either it will be an admission through entrance test or direct admission on the basis of your marks in 12th class.
You can check the sites of different universities for details of various courses.
    Good luck.

Dear Lovpreet, As you have chosen a open field, so you have may option where you can take admission, Now it depends upon you area of interest, weather you want to opt the science field or would be going for commerce or arts. Every field has opportunities depend how you grab it. You should think a bit what you want to be where you want to be. Set your own goal to achieve it because in this stage every one is confused, they don't understand what they have to do,.
When you are deciding something or you have 2-3 options then you can come again and can discuss. because you know your self better than anyone knows.
    Regards
    Nimit.
