What is the admission procedure for lateral entry?

I have done my diploma in CS form Monad University and my result will announce in august or September starting so I want to ask that is admissions will be open till September for lateral entry or can you just tell me the procedure.

You can take provisional admission in a univ and later you can submit your credentials. The univs have a clause for same. Check it out from some good reputed univs like lovely univ, galgotia, visvesveraya etc
