The procedure for admission in DU is very simple and you don't need to panic as there is no difference between taking admission in course of M.Sc or M.A. The only thing they need is you must be a graduate in B.Sc. You have to fill up the form for PG admission whichever course you want to take. Also, choose more than one course so that, in the end, you have options if you are eager to pursue your Master's degree from DU only. The admission form will be out on DU's official website (www.du.ac.in). So, always be alert.

There are 2 ways of getting admission for M.Sc in DU:
*Direct admission
*Entrance exam
If you are from some other University then you are not eligible for Direct admission which is based on Cut- off list prepared by DU and you will have to clear the Entrance test in order to get admission into M.Sc. The syllabus is that of B.Sc. (DU). Be thorough with all the topics or rather the important and most important topics that you studied in your B.Sc in order to clear the M.Sc entrance test.
