In your class 12th, you have to choose PCB as your core subjects. And, you have to score above 50% aggregate in PCB to appear in NEET, if you belong to general category and 40%, if you belong to SC, ST, OBC. And, then you have to appear in NEET exam, which is an entrance exam for all medical courses

You have to qualify for NEET Exam 2019. You must complete your 12th Grade in any of the colleges in India or Foriegn(You have to quote yourself as an NRI ).You must have 1.Biology 2.Physics 3.Chemistry as compulsory along with any other optional subject you wish.
