What is the admission procedure for MPH course at Punjab University?

The admission procedure for the Master in Public Health MPH course is done online on the official website of the Center for Public Health at Panjab University. The procedure is: 1. There will be a notice published on the notice page of the Center for Public Health (PU) regarding the same. 2. Only regular government employees with at least one year of service experience can be admitted under the "in-service" category for five seats. The rest of the seats are open to general candidates, and two seats are available for NRI applicants. 3. The applicant needs to have a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks from a recognised university. 4. The admission will be done on the basis of merit. This merit will be based on a score in the O-CET Entrance Test plus the total aggregate of marks obtained at the graduation level. 5. Finally, a merit list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the same notice page. 6. The in-service candidates have to produce a "No Objection Certificate" at the time of admission along with other documents. 7. The fee is Rs. 20,000 for general candidates, Rs. 30,000 for in-service candidates, and USD 1830 for NRIs. For the 2022–2023 academic session, the selected list of candidates is published on the official website. You can apply for the next academic session when dates are announced by PU.
