What is the admission procedure for other state candidates' to get a seat in Anna University?

Hello Chithkala,
The admission procedure is the same as for Tamil Nadu students. You need to apply for TNEA 2017 single window counselling under Anna university at www.annauniv.edu. May be, there will be a separate counselling for other state students. The application date was closed on June 3. So, for more details you can contact the admin.
