Hello Pankhuri,
The cut-off will be released by DU and then you will get the admission. Cancel your admission in Jesus and Mary College and then take all your certificates from Jesus and Mary College. Then visit Lady Shri Ram College and repeat the same process of admission. Then pay the online fees on DU UG portal.

If your marks equal or more then the cut-off released by DU then you will get admission. Cancel your admission in Jesus and Mary College, then take all your certificates from Jesus and Mary College. Then visit Lady Shriram College and repeat the same process of admission. Then pay the online fees on DU UG portal.
To be on safe side first visit lady shri ram college than take all the information that you will be eligible for admission in particular course by providing photocopy of certificate.
Then cancel the admission in Jesus and Mary college than take admission in LSR college.
