My educational qualification: 1) Electronics with 77% (National level certificate) (2) SSC done (3) 12th science in A and B both groups - running.

To start with first thing you should ensure that you are eligible. Here is the eligibility criteria for marine engineering:
* To pursue a B.Tech in marine engineering, a candidate must have cleared 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognized board or university under the science stream with compulsory subjects, i.e. physics, chemistry and maths.
* The minimum cut-off is 50% in most institutes.
* Clearing an entrance exam is mandatory in order to get into most marine engineering institutes.
