Dear Souren, I think the EML list candidates wwhich do not find a place in the IIT JEE merit list and the few who being in the merit list do not get the IITs are eligible for the IISERs and the Indian Maritime University etc. The list of all the colleges you can get from the JEE website. CHEERS!
