What is the admission procedure in ICAT, Bangalore?

Hi Sanjay, Those who submit the filled application forms are only eligible to go to the admission process. Depending upon the candidate's level of knowledge and fundamental talents about the chosen course, an aptitude test would be conducted. Candidates who have a strong portfolio may be asked to skip the test. There will also be an interview. Upon successful completion of all these, a student would be awarded admission.

ICAT offers UG Degree (International University), UG Degree (Indian University) and Post Graduate Diploma programs. Those who are desirous of seeking admission should have fulfilled the following criteria: Admission Eligibility for B.A in Digital Media Students seeking admission for B.A. in Digital Media program should have an educational level equivalent to a pass in high school (10 + 2 years of schooling) in English medium. This includes those who have completed 3 years of Diploma from a recognized University or Government after completing 10th Std. Those who have not studied the +1 & +2 in English medium should have completed IELTS level 6. Candidates failing to meet the entry level qualification will not be considered for Admission. Eligibility for B.Sc Students seeking admission for B.Sc program should have an educational level equivalent to a pass in high school (10 + 2 years of schooling). This includes those who have completed 3 years of Diploma from a recognized University or Government after completing 10th Std. Candidates failing to meet the entry level qualification will not be considered for Admission. Those who are seeking admission for PG Diploma in Game Development should have completed B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc or Any Under Graduate Degree with Computer Science as the specialization or Any Under Graduate Degree with proficiency in C or C+ along with understanding of Mathematics and Physics. Eligibility for M.Sc. Multimedia Students seeking admission for M.Sc. Multimedia should posses a Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University. Candidates failing to meet this qualification will not be considered for Admission.
