What is the admission procedure in PGC for B.Tech (Lateral Entry)?

Asked about Punjab College of Engineering and Technology - Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech. Lateral Entry)

I pursuing Diploma in Civil Engineering. It will be completed by next year. I have decided to take admission in B.Tech (CS) through lateral entry, but I don't know the procedure to take admission.
