I scored 86.781 percentile in Jee mains. I didn't appear for MHCET exam.

     You need to register on DTE of Tech EDU of Maharashtra state website like students from Maharashtra, but you need to indicate that you are applying for All India Quota based on. Your JEE Mains ranking. Best wishes to you.
