What is the admission procedure of Gujarat Forensic Sciences University (GFSU) for M.Sc in forensic psychology?

Eligibility requirements for M.Sc in Forensic Science course may vary slightly with University. Usually science graduates are eligible to seek admission to the course. Gujarat Forensic Sciences University insists bachelor degree in science/ engineering / pharmacy/medicine for admission. The degree must be obtained from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks. B.Sc holders with minimum 60% marks can seek admission in Amity University as well as in Maharshi Dayanand University. In the same way science graduates in any of the following streams (or equivalent) can look for admission in Institute of Forensic Science and Criminology. Biochemistry Biotechnology Chemistry Microbiology Merit list for admission in Gujarat Forensic Sciences University is prepared on the basis of the candidates’ performance in qualifying examination and entrance exam. The University itself conducts the entrance test and 55% weightage of marks will be given for the score obtained in the same. 40% weightage will be given for marks obtained in qualifying examination and rest 5% marks will be given for candidates who have completed their graduation in forensic science or related subjects.
