What is the admission procedure to do Diploma in Mechanical Engineering after SSC and a course in ITI?

Dear sir, i m working in a company. I have passed SSC. & then done ITI. in 2001. Now i want to do mechanical eng. Diploma in part time. Pls. Suggest.
