What is the admission procedure to get into PhD programme in your Institute?

Dear Sir, I am Bidwan Kishore Raymohapatra, I have complited MBA from BPUT, Orissa, and I secure only 5.95 CGPA. Now I am working in Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, as Project Assistant. I want to admission in Ph.D. Am i eligible for Ph.D in Your Institute? Please send answer. Thanks
