What is the admission procedure? What is the minimum cutoff required ?

This year's cut off marks for CAT was(percentiles) Qa-84,Va-94 Overall- 91.
If someone clears the cutoff he/she is called for the interview and WAT ( written aptitude test) round, on the basis of which final admission list is prepared
