Admission process is through Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). Yes you are eligible to apply through your MAT scores. Regarding cut-offs refer www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in

Admission to PUMBA is through CAP rounds conducted by DTE and rounds start in June. Yes you are eligible at that score but admission to PUMBA through all India quota is very tough. I doubt you can get at that score. Last year cut-off was All India merit score of 99.98

PUMBA strictly follows the DTE rules for its admission process of MBA+.
For Maharashtra candidates, students have to qualify MH-CET exam. For Outside Maharashtra Candidates (OMS), students can apply through CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT/MH-CET.
Last year as well as for this year the cutoff for MAT was around 550-600.
