What is the admission process and fees structure? My MAT score is 768.5 and 99.32 percentile.

Very good score, just go to admission office of our PES University college and submit your mat score card and then attend GD and PI .Then after that make admission by paying 3.6lakh. Fees will be 7.2lakh for 2 years.
