    Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) conducts examination and also issues Basic Maintenance Engineer's Certificate (BAMEC) and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's (AW) Licence to those candidates who pass the applicable examinations and meet all other requirements.There are lots of institute recognized by DGCA who can help you prepare for licence. Refer to dgca.nic.in for details of type of license an qualification and Institutes.
