<p style="text-align: justify;">State Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition started as &lsquo;Food Craft Institute&rsquo; in the year 1996 and later became &lsquo;Institute of Hotel Management&rsquo; in 2001. The Institute is situated in the sprawling city of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. IHM was set up by the Dept. of Tourism, Govt. of Rajasthan and is affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, NOIDA. IHM Jodhpur offers a three-year B.Sc. degree programme with an intake of 80 students and a Diploma in three specializations with 30 students in each. Application forms for admission to this institute will be filled out online through the official website. For minimum eligibility to B.Sc. In hospitality and Hotel Administration, a candidate should have passed 10+2 in any stream with English as one of the subjects from a recognised board. The minimum eligibility for the Diploma programme is a pass in the 10+2 examination from a recognised board. Admission to the B.Sc. programme is based on the valid score secured in NCHMCT JEE. Admission to the Diploma courses is based on merit in the last qualifying examination.</p>
