    The admission process for B.Tech in KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology involves following things such as :

    1. TNEA Counselling: TNEA counselling which is conducted by Anna University.

    2. Qualifying Exam: Clear the HSC or equivalent examination with a minimum percentage of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

    3. Cut-off Marks: It is important that the cut off marks are easily attained according to the set scores by the TNEA pertaining to KPRIET.

    4. Choice Filling: Complete the counselling for TNEA to fill KPRIET as first preference.

    At KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology (KPRIET), admission into the B.Tech programme is not complicated. To start with, you have to satisfy the eligibility requirements which generally require obtaining at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) during your 12th standard or any other similar examination. After that, you shall take part in either Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) exam or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, after which ranks will be assigned depending on an individual’s academic performance.
