    For admission into B.E and B.Arch course, the institute accepts KCET/COMEDK and NATA scores respectively. Candidates who are seeking admission in M.Tech are required to possess a valid score in GATE/PGCET exam. While, admission to MBA and MCA depends upon KMAT/PGCET score. In case of MBA, MSRIT also considers the score of MAT/CMAT for selection.
    The placement statistics of Ramaiah Institute of technology show that around 358 companies visited the campus and made 1892 job offers. The highest package offered was 50 LPA and the average package was 7.66 LPA.
