  • A Bachelor of Ayurvedic, Medicine, and Surgery is an undergraduate medical degree with 5.5 years of course duration. The selection criteria for the student for the BA.MS degree is based on the NEET score cut-off and the student should study Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at class the 12th standard. The NEET-UG is mandatory for joining BAMS in both government and private institutes. However, some private institutes select the student on a merit basis by conducting their own entrance exam as well as 12th public exam marks.
