What is the admission process for BSc at SSE Pune?

Symbiosis School of Economics Pune offers various scholarships for candidates wishing to apply for BSc or MSc course. Candidates can try and get the scholarship offered by SSE Pune or get other scholarships offered by SIU or the government. SSE Pune offers the two following scholarships for candidates: 

1. Malhotra Weikfield Foundation (MWF): Offered to one candidate 
2. Cybage Khushboo Charitable Trust MoU with SSE: Offered to 5 candidates

Symbiosis School of Economics Pune admission is ongoing for the session 2025-26. The application form for SET and courses offered by SSE Pune are live. Some important dates related to admission at SSE Pune are as follows:

Symbiosis School of Economics Pune offers courses at both UG and PG levels. The course offered by SSE Pune at the UG level is BSc with a specialisation in Economics. Candidates can choose either BSc Economics Hons. or BSc Economics Hons with research. The total number of seats offered by SSE Pune for BSc is 150. 

Symbiosis School of Economics Pune offers MSc at the PG level for interested candidates. The two-year course is on offer with a specialisation in Economics. The total number of seats offered by SSE Pune for MSc is 80.

Symbiosis School of Economics offers a two-year MSc course for interested candidates in the field of Science. The eligibility criteria for candidates is given below: 

• Candidates must have completed their graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised university
• Candidates in the final year of their graduation can also apply, their candidature will be based on them getting a minimum of 50% aggregate after the completion of their graduation 
• Candidates belongng to the SC/ST category are given a concession of 5% in the minimum aggregate required at the graduation level
