    As to be admitted to Shyam Lal College for a certificate program. You have to take the CUET exam and register for the DU CSAS.

    How to apply to Shyam Lal College for a certificate courses:

    Visit the Delhi University's official website. To create a new ID, click Register now.

    Access the form by clicking the registration link.

     Students who need to enroll in more than one course must complete separate applications for each course. However, pay one time registration fee at the time of payment for application fees.

    The minimum eligibility criteria for being admitted into the course will have to score 45–50% on a 10+2 exam.

    To get admission for a certificate course in Shyam Lal College. You must follow the DU CSAS registration process and CUET exam.

First of all consider what you want to do in the future, what I mean is what do you want to persue.

Because both the colleges are really average and GB university is a B grade school. If you want to pursue CA or something like that, then you can choose either one of them but shyam lal university will be cost effective.
