Bhagwanti Education Centre Degree College admission for D.P.S.E (NTT) is entirely merit-based. Candidates are offered admission based on their past qualifying exam. Candidates who are graduated with minimum 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved candidates) are offered direct admission to D.P.S.E (NTT) course.
