What is the admission process for Diploma course in hygiene and nutrition? What is the benefit after doing this?

I'm pursuing M.Sc microbiology in that I have studies food microbiology that's why I'm interested in this & my brother who is passed his 12th, so what is the process?

There is a different course through which one needs to undergo. There are only two courses i.e food production and food and beverage service. For that, you need to check respective college.
