Dear, Admission in Ph.D is based on Merit in the Entrance exam and Interview. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) is:
a) Masters degree with 55% aggregate marks in a relevant discipline or equivalent, subject to clearing LPUNEST and Interview;
b) Other conditions as prescribed in the Guidelines

To get admission in M.Phil program, SC / ST candidates shall be given 5% relaxation in the minimum eligibility marks. The applicant must have completed 17 years of formal education, namely 10+2+3 scheme or its equivalent for graduation and 2 years of post-graduation.
