There is only one criteria that is you should've got more than 48% in your graduation. The last date to register for the same has not yet come, you can apply anytime right now.

Hi, the eligibility process is a candidate who has passed Bachelor degree of 3 years duration (B.A. or equivalent) under 10+2+3 pattern from any recognised university will be able to apply.
