First of all, candidates receive relevant education and meet the requirements for entering the contest: the minimum average grade of 50 grade in the university humanities. A graduate level MBA aspirant also needs to write a national level management entrance examination such as CAT, MAT or XAT. It also considers its own entrance test known as the GLAET – The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test. After that, the shortlisted candidates are invited to a group discussion and personal interview. The last stage of the competition is the entrance examination, followed by group discussion and a personal interview, the results of which are summed up, and a candidate is selected.
