The Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM) in Kolkata, India, admits students to its MBA programme based on the following criteria:
    • A valid CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, JEMAT, GATE, or ATMA score
    • A personal interview
    • A group discussion
    • A final merit list based on the merit of the group discussion and personal interview

Candidates must meet the institute's CAT cut-off to be eligible for the process. After the CAT results are available, candidates can apply to the college. The college will contact candidates after the CAT exam results and admit students based on the college's merit list.
