To apply for PhD, candidates need to appear for a PhD entrance test conducted by the University. However, candidates with UGC NET/ UGC CSIR NET/ GATE score are exempted from the entrance test. Final selection of shortlisted PhD candidates takes place on the basis of PI round conducted by the University and past academic performance.
