What is the admission process for SHUATS?

<p dir="ltr">The admission process for SHUATS (Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences) is as follows:</p><p dir="ltr">Candidates seeking admission to both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at SHUATS are required to appear for the SHUATS Online Entrance Test (SOET) conducted by the university. There is a 5% relaxation in the minimum eligibility criteria for SC/ST/OBC/Differently abled candidates. Foreign candidates, NRI wards, and NRI sponsored candidates are exempted from the entrance test.</p><p dir="ltr">For postgraduate programmes, in addition to the entrance exam, candidates also need to appear for a personal interview. Most doctoral programmes are 2 years, except for M.L.I.Sc. and PG Diploma courses.</p><p dir="ltr">The MBA programme at SHUATS is a 2-year programme that allows students to specialize in various aspects of business studies. Admission to the MBA programme is also based on the SHUATS entrance test.</p><p dir="ltr">Similarly, for M.Tech programmes, SHUATS conducts an entrance examination for admission to the 2-year M.Tech courses offered in 39 different specializations.</p>

Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture Technology and Science admits students to its postgraduate, undergraduate, Diploma, and Diploma-level studies. The initial stage in the SHUATS Allahabad admissions procedure is meeting the eligibility requirements. Candidates must complete the university application form once the eligibility requirements are completed. Candidates must take the SHUATS Online Entrance Test for Agriculture and Pharmacy (SOETAP) in order to be considered for admission to the D.Pharma and B.Pharma programmes at SHUATS Allahabad. The entrance exam is only for admission to the agriculture and pharmacy programmes. The university then makes the merit list public. Candidates who are listed on the merit list are required to show up for online counselling. Candidates must appear for open online counselling as per the Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture Technology and Science admissions requirements for programmes other than Agriculture and Pharmacy. Candidates must next submit the required paperwork and pay the necessary costs to secure their seats.
